Post-intubation ventilator management on a Hamilton-style interface. Physiology is time-compressed: blood gases equilibrate over about a minute rather than twenty.

Sandbox — build a patient
Pick an age, a pathology, a severity and (optionally) a complication, then play with the ventilator until the patient is optimised. No steps, no gates — a live scorecard grades the gas, the lung protection, the oxygen exposure and the trapping against what this pathology needs, and a reveal panel shows the hidden physiology. Supervisors: untick the scorecard and hand over the screen.
Educational simulation only — a simplified single-compartment lung model, not a clinical device. Settings and targets reflect common ED/ICU/PICU/NICU practice; follow local guidance.
